Abu Abdul Rahman Abdullah bin Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him: I heard the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him says: (Islam is built upon five things: testifying that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, establishing prayer, paying zakat, pilgrimage to the House, and fasting Ramadan) Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim
